This company was commissioned in 2007 (1386) after completing the design, engineering, and installation of machinery and equipment, with the goal of meeting domestic demand and serving existing industries.
The company operates using highly precise and advanced laboratory equipment to provide testing services for materials and chemical products. Its services include sample preparation, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and performance testing of submitted samples, all in accordance with widely recognized international standards. The company’s laboratory received accreditation from the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) in 2009 (1388) and is one of the most well-equipped laboratories in southeastern Iran. It achieves reliable results based on international standards such as ASTM, DIN, PPG, PSA, and Iranian National Standards. The company is capable of conducting a wide range of physical and chemical tests on PT, ED, and automotive paint products, and is in the process of implementing the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
The company’s Research and Development unit has expanded its research activities to meet customer needs, overcome production challenges, create value, and increase competitive advantage. Utilizing advanced facilities, equipment, and chemical analysis devices (such as Atomic Absorption and Gas Chromatography), as well as pilot research units and process simulators, it is carrying out numerous research projects in the fields of PT, ED, and automotive paints.
By the end of 2007 (1386), the company successfully implemented a quality management system and received ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certifications from DQS Germany.
Geographic location and staff
The company’s factory is located in Phase II of the Arg-e Jadid Special Economic Zone, at kilometer 10 of the Bam–Zahedan Road, on a one-hectare plot with a 3,000-square-meter covered production hall. A total of 30 experienced staff members are engaged in producing degreasers, ED paste phosphates, automotive paints, and chemical materials at this site. The company’s head office is located at Kilometer 16 of the Karaj Special Road, Boulevard Nakhl, Sadaf Building.
