Establishment of Kerman Khodro International Trade and Support Company (KTL)
KTL began operations in early 2018 as the official representative of Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea in Iran, with the goal of selling and providing after-sales services for Hyundai’s domestically produced and imported passenger vehicles.
With a network of authorized dealerships across the country, implementation of Hyundai’s international standards, and a team of trained and experienced technical and administrative staff nationwide, the company is fully prepared to serve owners of all Hyundai vehicles distributed in Iran using genuine spare parts sourced directly from Hyundai Motor Company.

Resumption of cooperation with Hyundai for the production and import of all models.


2015 (1394)

Production agreement between Bam Automotive Manufacturers and Geely, initiating production of the GC6 model.


2009 (1388)

Agreement with JAC Motors for the production and assembly of various JAC models.


2008 (1387)

Establishment of Arman Motor Arg Company for the assembly of automotive components.


2007 (1386)

Agreement with LIFAN for the manufacturing and assembly of various LIFAN models.
Establishment of Negin Bam Company for the production of paints, coatings, and other chemical and consumable materials used in the automotive industry.

Contract between Bam Automotive Manufacturers and Volkswagen for the production and assembly of the GOL model.
Establishment of Bam Khodro Services and Trade Company, providing after-sales services for all vehicles produced by Kerman Automotive Industries.


2004 (1383)

Establishment of Bam Automotive Manufacturers (BAMCO).
Agreement between Kerman Automotive Industries and Hyundai.
Establishment of RVMCO (Rayan Vehicle Manufacturing Company) for the production and assembly of Hyundai Avante and Verna models.

Establishment of Khodro Mehr Company for the localization of polymer parts and components used in vehicles.
