Kerman Motor, as a leading company in the production, import, and after-sales service of electric vehicles, has launched a dedicated after-sales service center and delivery department for these products, recognizing the concerns of electric vehicle buyers.

This center is the first service and repair facility in the country specifically designed for electric vehicles. It was established by Kerman Motor to provide convenience and centralized service for electric vehicle owners and has now begun serving Kerman Motor EV customers. Owners of Kerman Motor electric vehicles can visit the center daily without needing an appointment or waiting in line.

With the goal of developing electric vehicle infrastructure, Kerman Motor has equipped this center with the latest devices and specialized tools for EV maintenance and repair. The center also maintains direct communication with the manufacturer and technical engineering units to ensure prompt customer support whenever needed.

This specialized center is not limited to after-sales services; the delivery department for Kerman Motor electric vehicles has also been relocated here. Therefore, initial technical tests are conducted at this center before handing over the vehicle to the buyer, ensuring customers receive their cars with full confidence and safety. Additionally, necessary training for using Kerman Motor electric vehicles is provided to buyers. Through this center, Kerman Motor will also deliver the latest important updates on proper usage of its electric vehicles via both in-person and online training.
