Kerman Khodro Transportation Company was officially registered on April 5, 2022 (1401/01/16 in the Iranian calendar) at the Tehran Companies Registration Office under registration number 593901.
The company’s office was equipped and established in a building located on Ferdows Boulevard, Tehran.
On May 10, 2023 (1402/02/20), the company successfully obtained its operating license No. 667 from the General Directorate of Road Maintenance and Transportation of Kerman Province.
Purpose of Establishment
The transportation company was founded to centralize the shipping contracts of the Kerman Khodro Group, with the following objectives:
- A. Transporting vehicles manufactured by the automotive group from Bam to various regions across the country
- B. Transporting freight containers from Bandar Abbas to the factory site in Bam
- C. Transporting manufactured parts from Tehran to the factory site in Bam
- D. Establishing a transportation holding for road, rail, and sea freight within the Kerman Automotive Industries Group, aimed at centralizing all shipping contracts of the group
In the future, the company plans to implement rail and sea freight operations for transporting containers from China to Bandar Abbas.
It is important to note that all the above-mentioned actions will be carried out in full according to a defined and scheduled plan developed by the company.
